Denis O. Brown prioritises high-quality claims service. Our expanded team is led by a Claims Director – an experienced Chartered Loss Adjuster with over 30 years in the profession. We manage every claim from start to finish with clarity and control.

We do not outsource claims handling to third-party administrators. We keep it in-house to guarantee service quality. We also access solicitors directly when legal assistance, such as uninsured loss recovery, is required.

Claims Management

Property & Business Interruption

Serious or complex claims are classified as large losses and handled by specialist teams and insurer-appointed Loss Adjusters. Denis O. Brown offers a dedicated claims management service through our own Chartered Loss Adjuster. We provide site attendance, claim preparation, and negotiation throughout the entire process.

This service is free of charge for Denis O. Brown clients and available to others on a paid basis.

Liability Claims

When a liability claim arises or someone is injured at work, immediate action is critical. Denis O. Brown can arrange prompt on-site attendance by our in-house Risk Manager to assess the situation and provide instant advice. From the first response through to negotiation and settlement, our team works to protect your business and secure a fair outcome.

Out of hours claims

For any incident occurring outside normal office hours, refer to your policy for the relevant insurer’s 24-hour claims line and report the loss immediately.

Please then inform our claims team at the earliest opportunity so we can help progress your claim.
